We are kicking off a trust fund to establish a world class design museum: [designbank]. A top3 by design initiative, we aim to deliver [designbank] as an Australian institution of worldwide admiration within a decade. Top3 by design and Playsam invited designers from Australia and around the world to customise a classic Playsam Streamliner car. Why playsam cars? Style and design are often perceived as elite and yet design affects everyone everyday, and style is personal for each and every one of us. Playsam is globally recognised symbol of simplicity in design and style. The car stripped of brand connotations is a universal symbol of modern society. Ultimately these stunning playsam cars will be auctioned. In a world saturated with knock-offs and counterfeits we need to embrace original design. Lets work together to encourage people to appreciate original design - everyday.
